Getting and setting data in a TS-SOM layer

  

psl Pick a SOM layer
-s <som> name of the TS-SOM structure
-l <layer> layer to be dumped
-dout <dataout> data for the SOM grid
-wout <wmatrix> data for the weights of the selected layer
[-dim <dimension>] force the dimension of the data into <dimension>
ssl Set a SOM layer
-s <som> name of the TS-SOM structure
-l <layer> layer index
-d <datain> data to be set
-sout <new-som> new SOM structure

These commands return or set weights and the SOM grid for a chosen layer. For example, one can use these commands with the Sammon's mapping (see section 5.3).
