These commands are purposed to select components for a presentation. This does not lead to recomputing, but it has an effect only on a low level image.
The commands select the components of the graphic structure which are displayed or dropped out from the final presentation. These commands work as a quick selection and they have no effect on the settings of the graphic structure, for instance, defined by the commands bar or rlab (see Sections 7.4.3 and 7.4.9), although bars are disabled.
The parameter <mode> defines which components are selected for displaying. The mode works hierarchical. The main level defines the component types which are shown. In addition, there are selections for some subtypes, such as bars, by which the final presentation can be selected.
Example (ex7.30): The short example shows the syntax of the commands.
... NDA> mkgrp grp1 -s s1 ... # show all the components NDA> en grp1 all ... # hide the frame of the neurons but display their contents NDA> dis grp1 fg barvert barlab barlab1 ...
