Algorithm for the two-phase analysis

The overall analysis of gallup forms is made in two phases: first data is divided into categories, which are analyzed separately; and secondly, the observed semantic groups are combined into a single concluding profile of the answers, as follows.

Categorize and preprocess data fields to create training data.

Train a SOM for each category and locate interesting groups.

Collect groupings into a new training data set.

Train a concluding SOM.

Obtain conclusions and estimate the number of misclassifications.
